Jacob Hummel discovered his love for music at the age of 14, when his love for the songwriting of Lennon/McCartney and Brian Wilson inevitably resulted in his fascination for learning piano. This love for piano was easily transferable and lead to other instruments like trumpet, guitar, and accordion. Completely self taught on all instruments, this singer/songwriter has learned a handful of instruments in only four years.
With a love for musical theatre and 60's pop, Hummel's creative and artsy song writing mixed with Shea's hard rock/blues input creates a unique sound for the band that is undefinably unique.
Hummel continues to work on his song writing and versatility on as many instruments as possible so he can never run out of new sounds for the band.
